It is January and, no doubt, there are some of you that are already so finished with the cold weather and snow and winter and are just ready to put seeds in the ground! I know I am. Well, not just yet…well, at least, not in Missouri. However, there is some things you can be doing to prepare for this years garden though. Not until later February/early March, in Missouri can you plant in the ground, unless, of course, you have a greenhouse or a cold frame you use. Even then, in Missouri, it gets very cold and you will need to keep the plants warmer.
